Role Description The QS-Infrastructure (GCC Experience) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing infrastructure-related quantity surveying tasks for projects in GCC countries, including measurement, estimation, and cost analysis for civil and MEP works.



Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing BOQs, validating contractor claims, supporting tender evaluations, and coordinating with project teams to ensure compliance with client specifications and regional standards. The professional in this role will analyze drawings and technical documentation, identify cost risks, and support value engineering activities. The position also requires maintaining accurate documentation, contributing to project reports, and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders across different time zones.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Infrastructure project experience, particularly in GCC markets, with a solid understanding of civil and MEP works.
