About the Role

We’re looking for an Assistant Brand Manager who can combine strategic thinking, consumer understanding, creativity, and execution to help build the Tutors Parliament brand.
You’ll work closely with the founders and marketing team on brand strategy, campaigns, consumer insights, content, and growth initiatives

What You’ll Work On

Develop and execute brand campaigns across digital and relevant offline channels.
Work on brand positioning, messaging, communication, and storytelling.
Understand student, parent, and tutor behaviour through consumer and market research.
Translate consumer insights into actionable marketing ideas and campaigns.
Plan and execute integrated campaigns across social media, content, partnerships, and other channels.




Analyse campaign performance and use data to improve marketing effectiveness.
Conduct competitor analysis and identify emerging market and consumer trends.
Collaborate with content, design, growth, product, and business teams.
Support brand launches, partnerships, events, and GTM initiatives.

Who Can Apply?

1–3 years of relevant experience Post MBA in Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Consumer Marketing, or related areas.
MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Brand Management from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 B-school preferred.
