Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CSA role based at the Cantabil store in Siliguri. The Customer Service Associate will welcome customers, provide product information, assist with size and style selection, and ensure a positive in-store experience. Daily responsibilities include maintaining store displays, managing inventory on the floor,



handling billing and payment processes, and supporting promotional activities. The CSA will address customer queries and concerns promptly, coordinate with the store team to achieve sales targets, and follow company policies and grooming standards. The role also involves keeping the store neat and organized and contributing to a friendly, customer-focused environment.
Qualifications
Solid customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage politely and professionally with diverse customers.
Basic sales and retail operations skills, including familiarity with POS systems, billing processes, and handling cash or digital payments.
Effective communication skills in English and local languages, with clear speaking, active listening, and simple explanation of product features.
Organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple customers, maintain store displays, and support inventory check
