Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Zoom Engineer to join our global collaboration engineering team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of how our colleagues connect — keeping meetings running, integrations humming, and our Zoom environment secure, scalable, and ahead of the curve. This is a hands-on, high-impact position. You’ll work closely with IT, security, and business teams across our global footprint to design, deploy, and optimize Zoom across all its dimensions: Meetings, Phone, Rooms, Webinars, and Contact Centre.

What You’ll Do
Own the day-to-day administration, configuration, and health of our Zoom environment, including Meetings, Phone, Rooms, Webinars, and Contact Centre.
Lead the design and implementation of Zoom platform upgrades, migrations, and new feature rollouts.
Build and maintain integrations between Zoom and enterprise systems including Microsoft 365, SSO/IdP providers, CRM platforms, and collaboration tools.
Develop automation and scripting solutions using the Zoom API to streamline provisioning, reporting, and user lifecycle management.




Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot escalated issues, and drive root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
Partner with our InfoSec and compliance teams to enforce security policies, access controls, and data governance within Zoom.
Produce and maintain explicit technical documentation: architecture diagrams, runbooks, and configuration standards.
Support end-user enablement by working with HR and training teams to build adoption and best-practice guidance.
Stay current with Zoom’s product roadmap and advise the business on emerging capabilities and how to put them to work.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Experience
5+ years of dedicated Zoom administration and engineering experience in an enterprise environment.
10+ years of overall technology experience, spanning network, unified communications, cloud platforms, or enterprise IT.
