Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and expand sales of industrial gases across government and industrial sectors.

n

-Channel Sales

n

-Identify and develop new business opportunities

n

-Build and maintain robust customer relationships

n

-Leading & handling sales team

n

-Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts & close sales opportunities

n

-Achieve sales targets & support business expansion initiatives

n

-Coordinate with operations and supply teams to ensure excellent customer service

n

-Monitor market trends and competitor activities

n

-MIS reporting.

n

Requirements:

n

Education: B.S.C or B.E, MBA preferred

n

Experience: 10 -12 years in Industrial Gas Sales / B2B Industrial Sales

n

Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills

n

Location: Kolhapur
