Job Description Role Description n This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Architect located in Chennai. You will be responsible for creating and managing BIM models in Revit, developing architectural drawings and construction drawings, and preparing submittals for a wide variety of projects. Examples are large private luxury estates, office buildings, commercial high end spaces.... Daily tasks will include collaborating with project teams, render teams, and external consultants - ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of design documentation. n Qualifications n n Expertise in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM) n Proficiency in creating Architectural and Construction Drawings n Experience in preparing and managing Submittals n Excellent communication and teamwork skills n Ability to work in office in Chennai or Mumbai n Bachelor's degree in Architecture n Experience with international projects is a plus n
