Job Description Lead Project Manager – CCaaS Transformation / Genesys Migration n We are looking for an experienced Lead Project Manager with 4–5+ years of project/programme leadership experience to drive complex Transformation and CCaaS migration initiatives in a large global organization. n Key Responsibilities n n Lead end-to-end CCaaS Transformation and Genesys migration projects. n Manage project planning, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks and issues. n Drive cutover, migration, implementation and hypercare activities. n Coordinate with multiple cross-functional and geographically distributed teams . n Manage stakeholders, governance, reporting and senior management communication. n Ensure successful delivery within agreed scope, timelines and quality. n Drive transformation initiatives within a structured programme/project environment. n n Must-Have Skills n n 4–5+ years of experience as a Project Manager / Project Lead .



n Solid Transformation Project Management experience. n Hands-on CCaaS migration experience. n Mandatory Genesys Migration experience. n Experience in resource planning, risk mitigation, cutover and hypercare . n Experience working in large global/enterprise organizations. n Robust stakeholder and cross-functional team management skills. n Good understanding of the Contact Centre domain . n n Good to Have n n Genesys Cloud experience. n Chatbot / Voicebot exposure. n NLU, LLM / GenAI knowledge. n Experience with RM Chat / WhatsApp . n Customer Interaction (C&I;) domain experience. n n Location: Mumbai/Pune/Hyderabad/Bangalore/Delhi n Experience: 4–5+ Years n Role: Lead Project Manager – CCaaS Transformation
