Job Description Role Summary:
n Growth Fusion is seeking dynamic professionals with a strong passion for media buying and performance-driven marketing. Ideal candidates will have a proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across social media and native advertising platforms. These roles involve end-to-end campaign ownership, deep audience research, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong focus on performance analytics and growth.
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Strategically plan, launch, and manage lead generation campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Taboola, and Outbrain.
n Use advanced tracking and attribution tools like Everflow, Voluum, and RedTrack to monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
n Conduct detailed market research and audience segmentation to ensure accurate targeting and high-quality lead acquisition.
n Continuously analyze performance metrics and KPIs to improve ROI, scale successful campaigns, and achieve lead volume targets.
n Collaborate closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and creatives tailored to target audiences.




n Support lead engagement and nurturing efforts throughout the sales funnel.
n Stay up to date with platform updates, advertising trends, and best practices in media buying and lead generation.
n n Qualifications:
n n Proven experience running lead generation campaigns on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok) and native advertising platforms (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain).
n Strong understanding of media buying strategies and campaign optimization for performance-driven outcomes.
n Hands-on experience with tracking and attribution tools such as Everflow, Voluum, or RedTrack.
n Solid skills in market research, data analysis, and audience targeting.
n Familiarity with campaign management tools and performance dashboards.
n Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
n Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a hybrid or in-office work setting.
n n Bonus Qualifications:
n Experience managing international markets or multilingual campaigns is a strong plus.
