HIRING: Medical Patient Services Administrator | B.Pharm/Medicine Graduates

We're looking for B.Pharm or Medicine graduates with EXCELLENT communication skills to serve UK patients.

THIS IS THE ROLE:

? Handle patient calls & emails professionally

? Manage appointment scheduling & patient queries

? Maintain accurate medical records

? Coordinate pharmacy-related patient questions

? Support patient care pathways

WHAT WE NEED:

Must-Have:

✅ Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) OR Bachelor of Medicine degree

✅ EXCELLENT English communication (spoken & written)

✅ Professional demeanor

✅ Ability to explain medical concepts clearly

Technical:

✅ MS Office (Email, Word, Excel)

✅ Comfortable with phone & email systems

✅ Attention to detail

Nice-to-Have:

✓ Healthcare experience

✓ Customer service background

✓ Familiarity with NHS/UK healthcare

JOB DETAILS:

? Mohali, India (Office-based)

? 9-hour rotational shift (8:30 AM - 12:30 AM)

? 5 days/week in office + rotational day-offs





? Full-time, Permanent after 3-month probation

? ₹3,00,000 - ₹3,60,000 per annum
