About the Role:
We are looking for a Growth Acquisition Specialist with experience in B2B lead generation and IT services. The role will focus on identifying potential clients, generating and qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the Sales/BD team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and research potential B2B clients for IT Staff Augmentation services.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, databases, and other channels.
• Qualify leads based on their IT hiring and staffing requirements.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and nurture potential leads.
• Schedule meetings with qualified prospects for the Sales/BD team.
• Maintain and update lead information in the CRM.
• Track lead generation, qualified leads, and meetings scheduled.
• Stay updated on IT staffing and market trends.

Requirements:




• 2–4 years of experience in B2B Lead Generation / Business Development / Inside Sales.
• Experience in IT Staff Augmentation, IT Staffing, Contract Staffing, or IT Services is preferred.
• Good experience with LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, CRM, email outreach, and cold calling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good research, prospecting, and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment.
