Role Description The Account Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Chennai Area. The individual in this role will manage existing customer accounts, build new client relationships, and promote the company’s range of access equipment solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, preparing and presenting product proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals.



The Account Executive will coordinate with internal teams on order processing, delivery timelines, and after-sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, tracking sales performance, and providing regular reports and market feedback to management.
Qualifications
Experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in industrial equipment, construction, or related sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Ability to understand technical product features and translate them into clear value propositions for customers.
Proficiency in basic CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and maintaining organized sales documentation.
Proactive approach to lead generation, territory management, and achieving or exceeding sale
