Electrical Engineer – Technical Coordination
Role Summary
This position is responsible for supporting the Electrical Engineering Department in technical coordination, project execution, engineering documentation, and inter-departmental communication. The candidate will work closely with the Director, Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Design, Production, Purchase, Vendors, and Project Teams.
The role requires a technically capable Electrical Engineer who can understand engineering requirements, interpret electrical drawings, coordinate project activities, track progress, and ensure timely completion of assigned electrical tasks.
Reporting Structure
Directly Reports To: Director / Electrical Engineering Department
Work Location: Pitampura, Delhi
Candidates must be comfortable with future relocation or open to travel.
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Electrical Engineering, Project Coordination, Technical Support, or a similar role.
Technical Knowledge Requirements




Robust understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals
Ability to understand and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
Knowledge of industrial electrical components, including:
Control Panels
Motors
Drives/VFDs
Sensors
Relays
Contactors
Control Circuits
Basic understanding of industrial electrical systems and equipment
Ability to coordinate with electrical and mechanical engineering teams
Understanding of electrical installation, testing, and commissioning activities
Required Software & Functional Skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel – structured trackers, project monitoring sheets, data analysis, and MIS
PowerPoint – technical presentations and management reporting
Power BI – reporting dashboards and data visualization
Professional email communication
Electrical engineering documentation and record management
Ability to maintain technical reports, drawings, and project records
