Role summary Owns the brand's growth in the US market through organic social, influencer/UGC partnerships and affiliate programs. Runs the Instagram, Pinterest and Facebook content calendar, finds and manages US creators for gifting and affiliate collaborations, activates Amazon Creator Connections to turn creators into shoppable content, and builds out an affiliate program (LTK / Amazon Associates) — tracking engagement, creator ROI and affiliate revenue throughout.
Key responsibilities
• Run social media (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook) — content calendar, posting, engagement.
• Find, onboard and manage US influencers/UGC creators (gifting, affiliate).
• Activate Amazon Creator Connections — link creators to listings for shoppable content.
• Build and manage an affiliate program (LTK / Amazon Associates).
• Track engagement, creator ROI and affiliate revenue.
Must-have skills & experience
• 2–4 years in social/influencer/affiliate marketing for a US-facing D2C brand.
• Existing US creator network and Amazon-creator/affiliate familiarity a solid plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English, organized, data-aware multitasker.
• Home/décor/lifestyle experience a plus.
