• Identify recent customer segments and business opportunities
• Achieve sales targets across value, product and geography

• Handle customer requirements, negotiations and objections effectively
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

✔ Any Graduate with a strong passion for Sales
✔ 1–3 years of field sales experience in Retail / B2B / B2C / FMCG / Consumer Durables / Home Appliances or similar sectors
✔ Freshers with high energy, strong communication and a sales mindset can also apply
✔ Strong communication & negotiation skills in Hindi and English
✔ Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and market visits
✔ Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
✔ Knowledge of local markets in Bihar & Jharkhand will be an advantage
