Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with dealers, corporate clients, and institutional partners, and expanding Quantum Energy’s market presence in the region. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing and delivering sales presentations,



negotiating contracts and commercial terms, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and after-sales support. The role also involves analyzing market trends, monitoring competitor activity, contributing to pricing and go-to-market strategies, and providing regular performance reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements
Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management, preferably in the automotive, electric vehicle, mobility, logistics, or fleet industry.
Proven experience in selling vehicles or mobility solutions to fleet operators, logistics companies, delivery platforms, corporates, and institutional customers.
Strong existing relationships and network with fleet operators, logistics companies, leasing companies, mobility platforms, and corporate customers, particularly across North India.
