Job Title: Key Account / Business Manager – Large Accounts

Experience: 10 to 15 years
Relevant Experience: IT Infra, Cloud Ops, Managed Infra Services, Data Analytics, or Cybersecurity
Industry Exposure: IT/ITES, and GCCs in India

We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Manager to join our Strategic Accounts team and drive growth by managing large enterprise relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own and drive revenue growth from assigned strategic enterprise accounts
• Achieve and exceed annual sales targets (INR 20 Cr+ per year).
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, etc.).
• Drive consultative selling of SHI offerings including:
o Cloud & Data Center Transformation
o Managed Services
o IT Infrastructure Modernization




o Cybersecurity Solutions
• Collaborate closely with internal pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
• Track market trends and customer needs to provide strategic inputs for current solution development.

Required Skills & Experience:
• 10 to 15 years of B2B sales experience in the IT services or system integration space.
• The candidate must already have a credible enterprise customer network in Hyderabad and must have personally originated/managed business with those accounts in India (IT/ITES/GCC).
• Proven experience in carrying and delivering against an annual sales target of ₹20 Cr+ across a portfolio of large enterprise accounts
• Deep understanding of enterprise technology solutions and services, with experience selling comparable offerings in the IT Services / System Integration space.
• Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
