Position: Assistant Manager (Estimation)
Qualification: B.E. / M.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: 2-5 Years
Key Requirements
Experience in infrastructure projects such as Bridges, Roads, Railways, Airports, and Building Construction.
Proficiency in pre-tender services, including preparation and review of DPRs,



tender documents, schedules, and bid-related documentation.
Expertise in quantity take-offs, detailed estimation, rate analysis, and contract value determination.
Knowledge of SOR, MoRTH Standard Data Book, Railway AOR, and prevailing market rates.
Experience in preparing cost estimates, variation claims, vendor quotations, and rate analysis.
Exposure to procurement activities, vendor evaluation, comparative statements, and commercial assessments.
Strong understanding of project costing, budgeting, tendering procedures, contract administration, and cost control.
