About Nexlivo Labs:
Nexlivo Labs is a Hyderabad-based product studio that designs and builds web and mobile software for businesses and enterprises — SaaS platforms, dashboards, internal tools, and customer-facing apps — and stays on to keep it running after launch.
We're a new, lean team working directly with the founder, so the person we hire won't get lost in a big org chart. You'll have real ownership from day one.

About the Role:
This isn't a traditional "post-and-schedule" social media role. We're looking for someone comfortable being the front line of our growth: sliding into the DMs of founders and decision-makers, cold-calling businesses, and turning cold conversations into real client relationships. Social presence is part of it — but the bigger job is outbound.

You'll be doing things like:
Identifying and reaching out to founders, business owners, and POCs at target companies (LinkedIn DMs, cold calls, cold email)
Building and managing outreach pipelines — tracking who's been contacted, follow-ups, and where each conversation stands




Representing Nexlivo Labs' capabilities clearly and credibly to prospects — explaining what we build and why it fits their needs
Managing and growing our social media presence to support outbound efforts.
Working closely with the founder to convert conversations into scoped client engagements
Iterating on outreach messaging based on what's actually landing

What We Are Looking For:
Strong communication skills — confident, explicit, and persuasive on calls, DMs, and in writing. You should be someone who isn't afraid of cold outreach or hearing "no."
Working knowledge of web and mobile app technologies — enough fluency in things like React, Next.js, React Native/Flutter, and cloud/DevOps concepts to talk credibly with technical founders and business owners, in their understandable way and understand what a prospect actually needs (you don't need to code, but you need to follow the conversation)
