Role Description The Enterprise Resources Planning Implementation Consultant is a full-time, in office role based in Kolkata. This role involves leading ERP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, process mapping, system configuration, testing, and user training. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, especially in finance and manufacturing,



and translate them into effective ERP workflows. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal technical teams, preparing documentation, troubleshooting implementation issues, and supporting go-live and post-implementation activities. The role also requires providing ongoing guidance to clients, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and ensuring that ERP solutions align with business goals.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Business Process analysis and design, with the ability to map current and future-state workflows.
