Bangalore School of Design & Technology (BSDT) is looking for a Visual Communication / Graphic Design Faculty to join our academic team.

If you’re a designer who enjoys teaching, mentoring, experimenting with visual language, and helping students turn ideas into solid visual outcomes, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing
Teach and mentor students in Visual Communication and Graphic Design
Introduce students to graphic design principles, typography, composition, colour, branding and visual storytelling
Guide students through design projects, explorations and portfolio development
Encourage experimentation, critical thinking and a strong design process
Support students in developing both conceptual and technical design skills
Contribute to a collaborative, studio-based learning environment
Who we’re looking for
0–2 years of experience preferred
A background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication,



Communication Design or a related field
Strong understanding of design fundamentals and visual communication
Proficiency in relevant design software and digital tools
A good portfolio demonstrating your design practice
Most importantly, an interest in teaching, mentoring and working with young designers
