Role Description This is a full time, on-site Company Secretary role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.



The Company Secretary will be responsible for managing statutory compliances under the Companies Act and relevant corporate laws, including preparing and filing forms, maintaining registers and records, and supporting board and shareholder meetings. The role includes drafting notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions, and ensuring timely regulatory filings and disclosures. The Company Secretary will coordinate with regulators, external advisors, and clients on governance matters, and support transaction-related activities such as incorporations, restructurings, and due diligence. The individual will also assist in developing internal policies, improving compliance frameworks, and advising clients on corporate governance best practices.
Qualifications
Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India; additional legal or commerce qualifications (LLB, B.Com, or equivalent) are an advantage.
Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, FEMA regulations, Insolvency
