Role Description The Asst Mgr–HR role is a full time, on-site position based in Raipur. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations,



including employee lifecycle activities such as recruitment support, onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities. The Assistant Manager will coordinate performance management processes, maintain HR records, support payroll inputs, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies. This position also handles employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and communication between employees and management to foster a positive work culture. The role requires regular collaboration with departmental heads to understand staffing needs, support training and development programs, and contribute to HR process improvement.
