About the Role
Sakura Architects is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Freelance Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, connect with potential clients, and support the growth of our architectural services.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify potential clients.
Reach out to prospective clients through calls, networking, social media, and referrals.
Understand client requirements and introduce suitable architectural services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients.
Coordinate with the architecture team regarding client requirements.
Maintain basic records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Achieve agreed business development and sales targets.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.




Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
Ability to work independently in a remote/freelance role.
Good networking and follow-up skills.
Prior experience in sales, business development, real estate, architecture, or construction is an advantage.
Knowledge of architecture/construction services will be an added advantage.
Compensation
? Performance-Based Commission: Payment will be provided based on the agreed percentage for successful business conversions.
