What You’ll Do Own social media calendars across multiple brands Plan, schedule and manage content across platforms Work with writers, designers and video editors to turn ideas into great content Write solid briefs for reels, posts, carousels and stories Track reach, engagement, audience growth and content performance Use analytics to improve content strategy Understand what worked, what bombed and why Who We’re Looking For You should:



Have 1 –2 years of hands-on social media experience Have an excellent command of English, Hindi and Hinglish Understand Instagram and YouTube particularly well Know the difference between content strategy and a content calendar Understand creators, influencers and collaborations Be culturally aware, curious and chronically online — professionally, of course You’ll Fit Right In If You can look at a reel and tell us why it worked , not just that it got 2 million views. And when someone says: “Kuch viral kar dete hain?” you have an actual answer.
