We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales professional for TPU, TPC-ET/TPEE,
TPE, and other specialty polymers.

Key Responsibilities

● Generate new leads and follow up with prospective customers.
● Conduct regular client meetings and develop new business opportunities.
● Expand business with existing customers through upselling and cross-selling.
● Find out recent areas of application.
● Understand customer applications and recommend suitable polymer grades.
● Coordinate and conduct technical trials at customer locations.
● Maintain strong knowledge of extrusion, injection moulding, and related polymer
processing techniques.
● Monitor inventory and actively work on slow-moving and non-moving stock.
● Maintain customer relationships and ensure regular follow-up on enquiries, trials,
orders, and payments.




● Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
● Co-ordinating with cross functional teams

Requirements

● Minimum 3 years of experience in TPU, TPC-ET/TPEE, TPE, specialty polymers,
engineering plastics, or a similar product segment.
● Educational background in Polymer Engineering, Polymer Technology, Plastics
Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
● Presentation making skills
● Strong technical knowledge of polymer applications and processing.
● Good communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
● Willingness to travel for customer meetings and technical trials.
