Key Responsibilities
Assist with crop monitoring and field data collection.
Support farmer interactions and field visits.
Collect and maintain crop, soil, and farm-related information.
Assist in preparing agricultural reports and maintaining records.




Support the agronomy team in field-level activities and research.
Coordinate with field teams on assigned agriculture projects.

Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed B.Sc. Agriculture / M.Sc. Agronomy or related degree.
Basic knowledge of crop production, soil, pests, and diseases.
Good communication and observation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Willingness to learn and work in a field-oriented environment.
