We are looking for a skilled Procurement Executive to join our team and work closely with our Project
Teams and Suppliers to ensure seamless purchase operations.

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Floating RFQs with detailed technical inputs
✔️ Price negotiations & comparison analysis
✔️ Preparing and releasing Purchase Orders
✔️ Close follow-up on material delivery as per project requirements
✔️ GRN processing – quality & quantity verification
✔️ ERP data handling, inventory tracking & store coordination
✔️ Supporting cross-functional teams and preparing MIS reports

Who Should Apply:
�� Graduates (B.Com / B.Sc/ BE)




�� 2–3 years of procurement/purchase experience
�� Experience in Automation or Process Industry preferred
�� Solid ERP & MS Office proficiency
�� Excellent spoken & written communication
�� Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and a team player
