Position Title - Sr Manager Packaging

Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Packaging with 15-20 years of experience in designing, specifying, and managing packaging machines, specifically for brewery or similar industrial environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and selecting suitable beverage packaging lines, overseeing end to end execution of all aspects for our Greenfield brewery projects, and ensuring the systems are designed, tested, and operationally productive. This role requires deep expertise in glass bottle and Can packaging machines along with leadership capabilities to manage end-to-end execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Design & Equipment Specifications:
Design and provide detailed specifications for packaging machines bottle washers, beer fillers, pasteurizers, labellers, packers, conveyors and palletizers.
Select the most suitable machines, ensuring they meet the technical specifications, operational needs, and budgetary constraints of the brewery.
RFQ Preparation & Vendor Management:




Prepare Requests for Quotation (RFQs) for packaging equipment, ensuring specifications are aligned with project requirements.
Evaluate vendor proposals from a technical perspective, ensuring compliance with project needs and applicable standards.

End-to-End Execution:
Lead the end-to-end execution of packaging activities for Greenfield brewery projects, from initial concept through design, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
Coordinate cross-functionally with design, construction, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of packaging lines with the brewery’s overall operations.
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:
Act as the point of contact for troubleshooting issues related to packaging lines, ensuring the timely resolution of any technical issues that arise during the project.
