Role Description As a Senior Graphic Designer at Master Intech Solutions, you will lead the creation of visual concepts and designs for digital and print media, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality outcomes. On a day-to-day basis, you will develop branding materials, logos, marketing collateral, social media assets, and UI elements in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will guide junior designers, provide constructive feedback,



and help refine design processes and standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district, requiring close collaboration with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients to meet project timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual work.
Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to create cohesive and recognizable brand identities.
Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles for both digital and print media.
Advanced ability to use industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
Experience leading design projects, mentoring junior designers, and presenting concepts to stakeholders.
Ability to work in office in Mohali district, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communic
