Role Description The Research and Development Executive (Flavours) is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. This role focuses on developing, testing, and optimizing flavor systems for food and beverage applications, working closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and client-facing stakeholders.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting flavor trials, performing sensory evaluations, documenting formulations, and refining recipes to meet client requirements for taste, stability, and cost. The Executive will collaborate with customers and internal teams to translate product briefs into technical solutions, support scale-up from lab to production, and troubleshoot formulation or processing issues. The role also involves maintaining accurate R&D; records, staying updated on market and ingredient trends, and contributing to continuous improvement of flavor portfolios and processes.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Research and Development (R&D;) and Research Development, with experience in designing and executing formulation experiments.
