Role Description The Senior Sales Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for supporting and optimizing the sales function for TISQ Health’s healthcare solutions. This role coordinates end-to-end sales activities, including managing leads, preparing proposals, tracking opportunities, and maintaining accurate sales documentation and reports.



The Senior Sales Coordinator communicates with prospective and existing clients, responds to inquiries, schedules meetings and presentations, and ensures a high standard of customer service throughout the sales cycle. The role collaborates closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to streamline processes, support revenue growth, and maintain alignment with organizational goals. Daily responsibilities also include updating CRM systems, monitoring sales performance metrics, and proactively identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
