About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Strategist with an eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a knack for turning ideas into compelling stories. If you are witty, creative, articulate, and have the drive to push boundaries, experiment, and learn every day, we would love to hear from you.
You should be an excellent communicator with solid multitasking, organisational, and client-management skills. Since this is an agency role, you will be responsible for managing multiple brands, understanding their objectives, and developing strategies that deliver measurable results.
Note: Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience working in a social media/digital marketing agency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative social media strategies aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
Create and present creative social media campaign ideas.
Manage social media accounts for multiple clients across platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
Develop engaging content concepts for posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics, and other social formats.




Plan and manage content calendars, scheduling, publishing, and community management.
Research competitors, industry trends, audience behaviour, and emerging digital opportunities.
Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, algorithms, and industry best practices.
Collaborate closely with graphic designers, video editors, and other creative team members to produce high-quality content.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and target audience.
Analyse social media performance and prepare regular reports, insights, and recommendations for clients.
Identify opportunities for optimisation, engagement, audience growth, and overall account performance.
Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, objectives, feedback, and expectations.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and internal teams.
