ROLE SUMMARY-
To deliver training inputs as per plan in order to ensure effective sales capability in the region. Assist sales teams & channel partners to comprehend the product knowledge and business initiatives. To co-ordinate in the production of appropriate training modules, design training programs, digital learning solutions that bridge the gap between standards of performance expected versus actual.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-
Develop culture of learning in the respective region with robust training process implementation & adherence to schedule including onboarding, Training Needs Identification (TNI), and refresher programs.
Contribute in developing a Product knowledge and Process Knowledge of sales team (ASM/DSR/Seller/ Distributor) of the assigned region.
To conduct sales training sessions (Classroom/Virtual) for sales team as per plan and business requirement across assigned region
To demonstrate and coach ideal sales call process through On Job Training (OJT) for sales team as per plan and business requirement across assigned region




Track and report training effectiveness using completion rates, learner feedback, and performance metrics
Regularly coordinating with Field team to align training efforts with business outcomes & streamlining the training operations.
Identify and recommend new training and development practices, methods and technology available in the market.
To develop and support content development (standard/digital) and sales tools development initiatives to upgrade the capabilities of sales team in respective region.
Technical Competencies -
Proficient in MS office tools, including skills in advanced Excel and PPT.
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Excellent Presentation Skills, Oratory & written communication skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a highly result oriented setting
Open to extensive travel between training locations across west region

PGDM/MBA degree is preferred
