Role Overview
This is a growth-focused performance marketing role, not an ad-operations position.
You will own the end-to-end strategy, execution, optimization, and scaling of RENEE’s Meta Ads and Google Ads, with direct responsibility for revenue, recent customer acquisition, CAC, ROAS, and marketing efficiency.




The ideal candidate should have experience managing significant budgets, preferably ₹1 Cr+ monthly ad spends, and should be comfortable making data-driven decisions to scale campaigns profitably.
You will work closely with the Head of E-commerce and Creative Team to identify growth opportunities and develop high-performing, scalable creative strategies.

Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Management & Growth
Own and scale Meta Ads and Google Ads across RENEE’s key categories including Lips, Face, Eyes, Fragrance, and Skincare.
Manage significant monthly budgets and optimize spend to achieve Revenue, CAC, NCAC, ROAS, MER, and AOV targets.
Develop full-funnel strategies across Prospecting, Retargeting, Catalog/DPA, Search, Performance Max, and YouTube.
Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns, products, audiences, offers, and creatives.
Monitor performance and proactively address creative fatigue, aud
