Shubh Advertising & Technology is looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to join our team. If you have a proven track record of creating successful ad campaigns, especially in the real estate niche, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video, and Shopping networks.
2. Conduct in-depth keyword research and optimize ad copy for maximum impact.
3. Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
4. Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI.
5. Stay up to date with the latest Google Ads trends and algorithm changes.
6. Collaborate with the creative team to align ad designs and messaging.
7. Provide detailed performance reports to clients and recommend strategies for better results.





Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
2. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the real estate niche.
3. Proficiency in Google Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
4. Solid understanding of bidding strategies, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong communication and reporting abilities.
7. Google Ads certification (preferred).

Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
