About the Role
As a Tutor Success Executive, you will be responsible for managing teacher performance, maintaining academic quality, and ensuring smooth coordination between teachers, students, parents, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage teacher performance and day-to-day academic operations
• Coordinate with teachers regarding schedules, classes, attendance, and academic requirements
• Conduct class observations and quality audits
• Provide constructive feedback to improve teaching quality
• Monitor student and parent feedback and implement improvement initiatives
• Support teacher onboarding, training, engagement, and performance development




• Resolve teacher-related operational issues professionally and efficiently
• Maintain academic reports, teacher performance records, and operational dashboards
• Collaborate with Operations, Curriculum, Sales, and Student Support teams
• Ensure compliance with academic quality standards and organizational processes
• Identify opportunities to improve teaching effectiveness and learner satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria
Mandatory Requirements:
• Prior experience in online teaching
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Robust coordination and stakeholder management abilities
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in EdTech, Academic Operations, Teacher Management, or Learning & Development
• Experience conducting class audits or quality evaluations
• Prior experience handling or ment
