The Role

We are looking for a sharp, data driven Performance Marketing Ad Scriptwriter with 6 to 12 months of hands on experience writing direct response video scripts and ad copy.

If you live and breathe TikToks, Reels, and Meta ad libraries, obsess over hook rates and ROAS, and know how to translate product features into compelling consumer desires, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Write High-Converting Scripts: Develop 15-to-60-second video ad scripts (UGCs, founder-led, problem-solution, unboxing, and testimonial formats) specifically optimized for Meta Ads.

Hook & Angle Ideation: Constantly test new hooks, visual concepts, and psychological angles based on performance metrics and audience research.

Collaborate on Creative Strategy:



Work alongside media buyers and video editors to analyze winning/losing ad iterations and iterate on successful formats.

Direct Visual Cues: Outline transparent on-screen text, b-roll directions, and pacing notes for video editors to bring your scripts to life seamlessly.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 6 to 12 months of proven experience writing direct response ad copy or video scripts that have actively helped D2C brands scale on Meta Ads.

Portfolio: A basic portfolio showcasing performance marketing video ads you’ve written (with metrics or campaign results if available).

Deep Understanding of Meta Ecosystem: Familiarity with what works on social feeds: pacing, native platform trends, compliance guidelines, and the anatomy of a high performing hook.

Data-Minded Creativity: The ability to look at performance feedback, hook rates, and CTR data to refine your writing approach.
