Role Description

The Marketing Sales Telecaller will work in office in the Kolkata metropolitan area in a full-time capacity, engaging with prospective and existing customers over phone calls. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound and receiving inbound calls, presenting products or services clearly, answering customer questions, and capturing accurate information in internal systems. The role involves following up on leads, nurturing prospects,



and coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and achieve conversion targets. The Telecaller will also provide feedback from customer interactions to help refine marketing messages and improve overall service quality.

Qualifications

Strong verbal communication skills, including clear articulation, active listening, and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
Sales and marketing aptitude, with the ability to understand product benefits, address basic objections, and support lead generation and conversion.
Basic computer proficiency, including using CRM or call-logging tools, email, and common office software for maintaining records.
Customer service mindset, with a focus on professionalism, patience, and respectful interaction with diverse clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work on-site in the Kolkata metropolitan area, manage time effectively, and meet daily and weekly call and performance target
