Role Description The MEP Cost Manager and MEP Assistant Cost Manager roles are full-time positions in a hybrid work model, based in Mumbai with a mix of office and work-from-home flexibility. These roles are responsible for preparing, reviewing, and updating MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs across various projects. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing drawings and specifications,



coordinating with design and project teams, tracking cost variations, and supporting tendering and negotiation processes with vendors and contractors. Both roles involve monitoring actual costs versus budgets, preparing periodic cost reports, and supporting value engineering to optimize project expenditure without compromising quality. The Assistant Cost Manager will support the Cost Manager in documentation, data analysis, and coordination, while progressively taking ownership of assigned packages and tasks.
Qualifications
Strong MEP cost estimation and quantity surveying skills, including experience with BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and cost control for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents, with attention to detail and accuracy.
