The Territory Sales Manager – North Kerala at Pavizham Oil & Foods will be responsible for driving sales growth, market expansion, distribution development, and brand visibility across the northern districts of Kerala, particularly Kannur, Kasaragod, and Wayanad.
The role involves managing and supporting the sales team operating within the assigned territory, ensuring achievement of sales targets, strengthening distributor and retailer networks, and expanding the availability and visibility of Pavizham Oil & Foods products across the market.
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing territory-wise sales plans, monitoring primary and secondary sales, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring effective product distribution across the assigned districts. Regular market visits will be required to assess sales performance, retailer coverage, product availability, merchandising standards, competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
The position will also involve guiding, supervising, and inspiring field sales staff,



reviewing their daily and periodic performance, supporting them in achieving targets, and ensuring proper market coverage and route planning. The Territory Sales Manager will work closely with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and other trade partners to strengthen business relationships and improve sales performance.
The candidate will be expected to monitor competitor movements, gather market intelligence, identify opportunities for increasing market share, and provide actionable feedback to management regarding customer preferences, competitive activities, pricing trends, and emerging market opportunities.
The role will also require coordination with the sales, marketing, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure adequate product availability, timely replenishment, effective promotional execution, and smooth market operations.
