Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead with a robust background in Google Ads/AdWords operations to lead a team of specialists and drive performance, productivity, and client success. The ideal candidate should possess excellent people management skills, operational expertise, and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Google Ads specialists to achieve business objectives.
Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to quality and productivity metrics.
Drive campaign optimization strategies to improve performance and ROI.
Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and development plans.
Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights for process improvements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet client expectations and business goals.




Ensure compliance with company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead.
Strong experience in Google Ads (AdWords) operations and digital advertising.
Proven experience in people management, coaching, and team development.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
