We’re looking for someone who understands visual language.

Someone who notices why one layout works and another doesn't.
Someone who understands colour, composition, typography, balance and aesthetics.
Someone who can take an idea and turn it into something people actually want to look at.

What You’ll Do
Turn campaign ideas into visual concepts.
Design social media creatives, campaign assets and brand communication.
Experiment with layouts, typography, colours and visual styles.
Work closely with the brand and marketing team.
Create variations, take feedback and keep improving the work.
Occasionally support basic video and motion editing.
Help build a consistent visual identity across everything we put out.
What We’re Looking For:

Your degree matters less than your creative foundation.





But we would particularly love to meet people from:
Fine Arts
Applied Arts
Visual Communication
Graphic Design
Other creative disciplines

You should understand:

Art → Design → Visual Storytelling

And you should be comfortable working with professional creative tools, especially the Adobe ecosystem - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro and related tools.

Basic video editing knowledge is a plus.
