Role Description The Business Development and Travel Operation Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position oversees day-to-day business development activities, including identifying new partnership opportunities, nurturing relationships with travel agents and corporate clients, and driving revenue growth for Ebony Stays properties. The role manages travel operations and guest experience logistics, such as coordinating bookings, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes,



and optimizing occupancy across villas and resorts. Responsibilities also include monitoring operational performance, tracking budgets, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality and streamline processes. The manager is expected to maintain clear communication with stakeholders, respond to guest and partner inquiries, and support strategic initiatives that strengthen Ebony Stays’ market presence.
