We are looking for a highly experienced Senior AI Engineer with deep Workato expertise to own and drive AI-powered workflow automation and enterprise integrations.

Senior AI Engineer (Workato) | 8-10 Y | Chennai | Gurgaon | Hyderabad | Remote (WFH) |

Scope:
Own the Workato environment, including configuration, integrations, automation, and AI workflow development.
Build AI-native packages using Workato AI Genie, going beyond pre-built assets.
Design and deliver agent-ready workflows within the Workato platform.
Develop AI-enabled workflow automation for enterprise use cases.
Integrate Workato with other enterprise applications and business systems.
Leverage Workato's enterprise capabilities including role-based access, auditing, and multi-workspace environments.
Drive scalable and secure integration and automation solutions across the enterprise.

Required Skills:
8+ years of strong hands-on Workato experience with deep expertise in the platform.
Proven hands-on experience with Workato AI Genie and building AI-native packages.




Demonstrated experience implementing AI-enabled workflow automation in enterprise environments.
Solid understanding of Workato enterprise features, including:
Role-Based Access Control
Audit & Governance
Multi-Workspace Architecture
Experience designing and implementing complex integrations and automation workflows.
Familiarity with other integration platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar platforms is a plus.

We're looking for someone who combines deep Workato expertise with practical AI implementation experience—someone who can build intelligent, agent-ready automation rather than simply configure pre-built workflows.
