Role Overview
This is a full-time, in office opportunity for a Business Development Executive at Decode Mediacom (Ahmedabad candidates only). We are looking for a proactive, target-driven qualified who can generate leads, build client relationships, and support the sales pipeline by arranging meetings, scheduling calls, and coordinating with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, cold outreach, and market intelligence.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and calls between prospective clients and the leadership/creative team.
Maintain and update a pipeline of leads, prospects,



and follow-ups in an organized tracker/CRM.
Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and client presentation material in coordination with the creative team.
Follow up with leads at every stage of the sales funnel to move conversations toward closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to support repeat and referral business.
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, film, design) to ensure timely response to client queries and requirements.
Track outreach activity and report on lead status, conversion rates, and pipeline health to management.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities relevant to branding and advertising services.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
