The Role
We are looking for a Head of Marketing – B2C to own and drive Speed’s consumer marketing strategy globally.
You will be responsible for building Speed’s consumer brand, driving customer acquisition and engagement, developing high-impact campaigns, and creating scalable growth channels. This role requires a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable building the strategy and getting hands-on with execution.
You will work closely with Product, Growth, Partnerships, Sales and Leadership to turn Speed into a trusted and recognized consumer brand.
Key ResponsibilitiesB2C Marketing & Growth




Own Speed’s overall B2C marketing strategy and growth roadmap.
Define target audiences, positioning, messaging and customer journeys.
Build scalable acquisition strategies across paid, organic, social, influencers, partnerships, communities and referrals.
Own key growth metrics including acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, CAC and LTV.
Identify new growth opportunities and continuously experiment with new channels and campaigns.
Brand & Positioning
Build and strengthen Speed’s consumer brand globally.
Develop clear, compelling messaging around Bitcoin, stablecoins and modern payment solutions.
Lead brand campaigns, product launches and integrated marketing initiatives.
Ensure consistent brand positioning across digital, social, content and product experiences.
Performance & Digital Marketing
Lead performance marketing across relevant channels.
Develop and optimize acquisition funnels, landing pages a
