WHAT YOU’LL DO​
Key Responsibilities:
As a key member of the software engineering team, you will drive the development of business-critical applications, reports, and workflows tightly integrated with various software systems across H&M.; In a fast-paced environment, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver business value.
We are seeking an individual passionate about Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint technologies, capable of independently developing impactful solutions while collaborating with sub teams to ensure integration within our ecosystem
Gather requirements, design, and implement workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
Develop apps using Microsoft Power Apps based on business needs.
Design and implement apps for Microsoft SharePoint using SPFx, React, and TypeScript.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to best practices and design patterns.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure functional and performance requirements are met.




Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve code quality.
Collaborate with subteams to ensure solutions fit seamlessly into the existing ecosystem.
Document software designs, technical specifications, and user manuals.
Work in an agile environment with a fast delivery cadence.
Continuously enhance skills and stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, proposing cutting-edge solutions.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH​
You will work in Purchase and Produce area developing a series of software services that support H&M;'s business operations to take informed decisions about placing purchase orders, by making accurate data available about suppliers' capacity and cost of production.
