Field Sales Executive – Education Institute Onboarding

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and confident Field Sales Executive to help us onboard schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and other educational institutions in Jaipur onto our education technology platform.
The role involves visiting educational institutes, meeting decision-makers, explaining our products and services,



and converting potential institutes into customers.

Key Responsibilities
Visit schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and other educational institutions across Jaipur.
Identify and approach potential institutes for onboarding.
Meet school/institute owners, principals, administrators, and management teams.
Explain our software/platform, features, benefits, and pricing.
Generate leads and convert them into successful onboardings.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested institutes.
Achieve monthly onboarding and sales targets.
Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions.

Requirements
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confident personality with the ability to communicate with school/institute management.
Comfortable with field work and daily travel within Jaipur.
Basic knowledge of smartphone
