Role Description The Payroll Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in South Delhi, responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes for clients. Daily tasks include collecting and validating employee data,



processing salaries and deductions, calculating payroll taxes, and ensuring accurate and timely disbursements. The role involves handling garnishments and statutory compliances, preparing payroll reports and summaries, and coordinating with internal teams and client representatives to resolve discrepancies. The Payroll Specialist will maintain detailed records, support audits and regulatory requirements, and contribute to improving payroll workflows and documentation. The position requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and client-focused service delivery.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Payroll Processing and Payroll Administration, including end-to-end cycle management.
Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and Payroll Services, with the ability to ensure statutory compliance and accurate reporting.
