Mandatory: Electrical Engineering/BSc Physics background with 2+ years’ relevant

Engineering/Energy/Power/Physics experience, plus 6+ months’ analytics experience OR proven analytical projects. Skills: Power BI/Tableau, Excel, SQL; energy, smart-meter, solar generation, billing, MIS and operational analytics. Occasional Nagaland travel required.

Key Responsibilities: Analyse grid performance, outages, load demand, smart-meter recharge/consumption, energy losses, solar/DG generation, plant efficiency, billing, customer usage and operational data. Create MIS reports, dashboards and actionable insights using Power BI/Tableau, Excel and SQL; support Finance, Operations and stakeholder reporting.

Tools Expertise:



Solid practical skills in Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel and SQL for data cleaning, analysis, dashboard development, KPI tracking, visualization and MIS reporting. Ability to analyse large operational, smart-meter, consumption and energy datasets. Python/R for data processing, automation and advanced analytics will be an added advantage.

Qualification: Electrical Engineering or BSc Physics with 2+ years’ relevant domain experience plus 6+ months’ analytics experience OR proven analytical projects.
